A smart hotel is a hotel that places the information technology-enabled devices to the front desk and guest rooms and allows you to check in and adjust equipment by yourself.
At MERBABU STAY OSAKA, all the devices are designed to be used instinctively.

Please input necessary items such as your name and address into the devices installed on the lobby on the 1st floor. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.

We prepare the device on the lobby on the 1st floor so that you can keep your luggage into it. You can lock it using your transportation IC card as a key.

We accept payment in cash, credit cards, and QR code payments for your convenience.

All rooms are furnished with a bath.
It's so spacious that you can take a bath together with your children.

You don't need to use a key.
Our hotel entrance is automatically locked and a guest can unlock the entrance using the secret code we notified only to you.
The rooms can be unlocked using the secret code generated when you checked in.
The secret code is valid until you check out.

Guests and staffs have no contact completely from check-in to check-out.
By sterilizing rooms and common spaces when cleaning them, we pay careful attention to the measures against infection.

Smoking is not allowed in all rooms and spaces.

Cancellation fees are as follows.
Cancellation on the day without contactt… 100% of staying price
Cancellation on the day… 80% of staying price
Cancellation made on the previous date… 20% of staying price
Cancellation made before the previous date… 0% of staying price
